It was a glorious day for the 45 golfers competing on the Classic/Masters courses, 21 of whom scored 30 or more points.
Best of the day and certain to claim a prize were, Jan Sjostrom 39 points, Agneta Adolffson 36 points, Maya Alm & Ingrid Hokfelt 35 points, Anita Grönskog and Thomas Bengtsson 33 points.
Following drinks and tapas in Algarbe Brian Downey was awarded the prize for nearest the pin for a shot to 1.5m.
Following the surprise draw the main competition prizes were awarded. Sixth prize was claimed by Ingrid and Barbara Goulder, Anne Sharpe was drawn with Maya for fifth prize, fourth was awarded to Thomas and John Williams, Anita and Paul Miles received third prize, for second prize Anne Rosenvinge joined Jan with first prize being awarded to Agneta and Nina Taylor.
