StartFragmentThe day began with a little rain, but ended with sunshine. We had 40 people playing Best 2 Stableford. To make the game a little different, each team played a 'Wild Card', where, on 1 hole, all 4 scores would count. The wild card had to be selected before play began. The team with the highest score on the wild card took a huge gamble. They chose hole 8, over the water onto the island, and scored 22 points. Well done Rudolph, Lilian, Brian and Alison, but sadly not in the prizes. First place went to Paul M, Nina, Marie-Anne P & Rosemary. 4 x 25€ vouchers for Leo's. Second place went to Mick C, Albert, John A & Dotty. 4 x 20€ vouchers for Leo's. Third Place went to Steve, Barry, Sylvia & Avril. Wine and Chocolates. Nearest the Pin prize on hole 17, won by Sune with a distance of 4.45m. Well done to all the prize winners and a big thank you to all who took part. It was a great day finishing off with drinks and tapas in Leo's.
