StartFragmentWe played a Florida Scramble with a twist on Saturday. The twist was that the captains had to take 6 drives. It is fair to say that this format met with mixed reactions. Some players seemed to enjoy the unusual challenge but others, probably a majority, did not seem to like it much. I thought it be both a golfing and a strategic challenge but maybe I was wrong. The winning team, captained by Dan had a magnificent gross score of 70 and a net score of 50.9. Along with Dan were Kieth C., Inger and Herman. Congratulations to them. We had Tapas at Los Sobores which I hope everyone enjoyed. Jim EndFragment
