Once again it was a lovely golfing day with plenty of sunshine and very little wind, for the 27 players on the Masters course.
Undoubtedly the continuing improvement in the course and the favourable conditions helped to account for some good scoring, with 16 players returning 30 or more points.
Following drinks and tapas in Manolo's bar prizes were presented.
Nearest the pin prize was received by Sylvia Green for a shot to 5m 15cm
In the main competition the best scores and receiving prizes were Pepe Diaz 36 points, Mel Moody, Isabel Fielding and Herman Van Der Vlis 37 points, John Fielding 38 points and Hans Ooft 39 points.
Next week Sylvia is organising Monday Golf in my absence and we have tee times on the Masters 1 and 2 starting at 10.42.
