It was a perfect golf day for the twelve players that took part. The format this week was a team betterball with two scores to count and on every third hole the scores where doubled.
The final results were very close with the winning team of John Williams, Hans Ooft, Elaine MacMillian and Rosemary Moody scoring 116 points and received a 15 euros voucher each for Leo's Fish Bar and Grill. Second went to Mel Moody, Mick Clark, John Nolan and Michelle O'Keefe with 115 points and third were Richard Oberg, Vic Curran, Karen Parker and Natalya Korolenko with 114 points.
Very enjoyable drinks and tapas were had at Leo's Fish Bar and Grill.
Once again next week Saturday 8 July I am the organiser and I have booked tee times from 10.02 on the Masters 1 and 2.
