The day started off as cloudy which was a pleasant change from sunshine but by the end of the round the sun had broken through the cloud and it became the usual "August" hot.
Scores were not brilliant this week for the blind mixed pairs competition, but the winning pair of Jason and Chloe managed 65 point between them. Second was Mel and Chloe with 56 points. Chloe was the lucky lady who was drawn out twice due to the fact that there were an uneven numbers of ladies to men.
Prizes were vouchers for Manolo's Bar, where we also enjoyed drinks and tapas.
There will be no Los Amigos Saturday Golf. The next one will be 2 September 2017.
