It was a windy, but sunny and warm day for the 42 golfers competing on the Red and Blue courses and whilst the course is still playing very long the scores generally were very good, with more than half the players returning 30 or more points.

Best of the day were Andrew Clarke 39 points, Kjell Adolffson, Sune Jöonssen and Rudolf Galliart 37 points, Nina Taylor 36 points.
Drinks and tapas were taken at Algarbe where Trini Fernandez was presented with the prize for nearest the pin, a shot to just over 6m.
Following the surprise draw Rolf Jönegård joined Kjell for fifth prize, Herman Liekens paired with Nina for fourth, third were Andrew and Lennart Olsson, second Rudolph and Paul Miles with first prize going to Sune and Trini.
Next week first tee time 12.30 on the Blue and White courses.
