On a warm, sunny and virtually wind free day 28 players took part in a waltz competition. There were some very good scores given the benign conditions.
In first place with an excellent 90 points were the Team of Mel, Wilhelm, Margaret and Dot. Second with 87 points were John Wi, Sylvia, Stefan and Ingrid and third with 83 points were Larry, Nina, Lee and Rosemary,
Drinks, tapas and prize giving where again at Mario’s Bar. There are not many bars open at present and Mario’s has proved an excellent choice in recent weeks.
Next week’s competition with be organised by Jim and offers an opportunity to play the old Masters course.
