A very windy but sunny day greated the 35 players in today's competition. Despite the wind the overall scoring was excellent with 19 competitors returning 30 or more points.

Best of the day was a superb 42 points from Maria Hoovers, followed by John Flynn 39 points, Mel Moody 38 points, Michelle O'Keeffe 37 points Rosemary Moody and Stefan Hokfelt 36 points (Stefan missing out on a prize based on back 9 rule)

Drinks and tapas were enjoyed at Los Sabores where Uschi Neuhauser was announced as winner of nearest pin on Red course and a shot to 5m.25cm by Derek Kemp gave him the prize on Blue course.

For the main competition and following the surprise draw, Maria was paired with Anita Grnskog for first prize, Rosemary and Frank Rechless second, Mel and Paul Miles third, Ingrid Hokfelt was drawn with Michelle for fourth prize with John Flynn and Bill Egan fifth.
