This week we played the FA Cup - Manchester United versus Chelsea.
The 14 players were divided in two teams representing either Man U or Chelsea played an individual Stableford where each player competed against a player of similar handicap.. However, due to a late drop out Lawrence was transferred from United to Chelsea, at a bargain price, in order to even up the teams.
After the rounds were completed the score cards were compared in handicap order to find the winning team, a goal being awarded to the individual winners of the front and back nine for each pair which gave an overall result of 5-4 to Chelsea. (For full results see the Los Amigos Results Page).
Drinks, tapas and prize giving were enjoyed at Manolo's Bar.
