Our day began early with a chilly and cloudy start, but the sun soon came out to warm us up. Unfortunately the wind arrived half way round and the jackets and jumpers went back on although some hardy souls are still in shorts

We had two competitions today, one for the four balls and one for the three balls and it followed the same format, 1 score to count on all par 5 holes, 2 scores to count on all par 4 holes and 3 scores to count on all par 3 holes. The only difference was that each golfer in the teams with only 3 players were allowed to use a mulligan tee short on the front 9 and a mulligan tee shot on the back 9.

Nearest the pins were won by Brian on hole 7 on Red Course with a distance on 1.01 m and Bob with a distance of 8.6m on the Blue Course.

We held our presentation at Los Arcos where we were served a huge array of very good tapas.
