Twelve players took part in an away day at La Envia. The weather was less than ideal with heavy rain during the round and a thunderstorm towards the end.

We played a blind pairs competition and the testing nature of the course and conditions were reflected in the results.

Three pairs each had a total of 50 points and, based on their scores on the back nine, Baz and Rolf were first, Annika and Paul were second and Trini and Pepe third.

Next week’s competition will be in Almerimar and the organiser is Rolf.
